济南安生学校新聘请20余名外籍教师

       这个学年，是济南市安生学校（济南外教招聘）的文化深耕年，学校继续聘请了来自英美等国家的20余名外籍教师加入安生。截至目前，济南安生外籍教师已达50人，超过学校总人数的10%。

his academic year is a year of Deep Cultural Cultivation for Jinan Thomas School. The school has continued to hire more than 20 foreign teachers from countries such as the UK and the US. As of now, the number of foreign teachers in Thomas School has reached 50, accounting for more than 10% of the total number of staff in the school.为打造一支多元化、高效能的教学团队，9月3日，学校外事办对外籍教师进行了入职培训，帮他们尽快适应工作和生活环境，提升教学质量，增强对学校的文化认同感。

外事专员Helen详细介绍了学校的文化和教育理念，讲解了中国的法律法规、学校政策和相关工作制度。

Living in China is our privilege. We are here by our own choice. It is very important for us to remember that we are guests in this country, we should act with kindness and respect towards our hosts. Often our own behaviors and choices reflect on how willing those around us are to do extra to help us. I have lived in china for 16 years. I have lived in many provinces and cities.  Shandong is known for it's kind people, and I personally find Jinan to be a city filled with exceptionally kind, understanding and helpful.

I've recently collaborated with the HR department to create a series of videos designed to help new first-time foreign teachers navigate the often overwhelming world of technology in China. These videos cover a wide range of essential topics, from setting up Alipay and WeChat to finding the best places to buy food, picking up Taobao packages, linking bank cards, and even figuring out how to use public transportation like buses, the subway, and Didi. Our hope is that these resources will create a welcoming environment and ensure a smooth transition for all new teachers as they settle into their new surroundings.

外籍教师纷纷表示，通过这次培训，他们不仅获得了必要的信息和技能，也感受到了来自安生大家庭的温暖与支持。
