Managed a mortgage sale project liquidating approximately fifteen thousand mortgages.

Helped design a state of the art facility for the retention and management of all bank records.  Including negotiating contracts with suppliers for new equipment, advising senior management on servicing agreements, and organizing the move to the new facility.

Part of a team to upgrade the bank’s computer systems from AS400 to Windows/Oracle. 

Implemented a complete digitization of the banks records increasing customer satisfaction and reducing staffing costs by 25% annually.
