工作经历
My CELTA teacher training involved teaching a class of adults who were at different levels of ability to speak English, being mainly at intermediate and upper-intermediate level.
There were also Chinese students in my class.
As a trainee I had to prepare lesson plans based on a textbook and my teaching performance and skills were assessed by an examiner at the end of my training.
My interpreting experience taught me how important speaking is because I worked with people who could understand English but could not speak it well.
As a teacher I would like my students to have a lot of speaking practice and work on their practical skills to use English as well as the grammar and preparation for tests.

The Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) achieved in 2009
It is the most advanced general English exam provided by University of Cambridge. The English level of those who have passed the CPE is similar to that of an educated native speaker of English.
