2012 November – current “English training center” Prepared and adapted materials and classrooms for class activities. Taught students in various basic skills: communication, listening, reading, writing and literacy. Initiated and lead classroom meetings for parents to help them become involved in the education of their child.

2012 March – 2012 September “Gymboree” Taught basic skills such as phonics, color, shape, number and letter recognition, household chores, etc. Instructed students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and interests. Planning and organizing a range of individual and group activities, including role play, scrap books, games, arts and crafts and outdoors activities.

2011 August – 2012 Feburary “Bian education”.  Language teacher. Prepared new educational plans for enhancement in which children are encouraged to be engaged in the learning process. Maintained an accurate teaching record and monitored teaching performance to provide feedback on learning progress and performance, organized demo-classes.

2010 July  – 2010 August “English talent school”. Language teacher.  Identified and utilized variety of learning materials, resources and technology methods to support & improve the instructional environment. Advised and monitored children in the use of new learning materials and teaching equipment. Prepared and evaluated student’s performance to monitor advancement.  

2007 May - 2008 July “Welcome” language school. Language teacher. Contributed to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum. Served as English teacher with an emphasis in spoken language proficiency, use of multi-media tools, and active student participation in the learning process through practical conversational techniques. Maintained order in classroom and on playground. Consulted pupils when adjustment and academic problems arise.

2006 August – 2007 May “Welcome” language school worked as Teacher Assistant. Evaluated and graded students' class work, laboratory work, assignments, and papers. Maintained student attendance records, grades, and other required records. Coordinated with students, parents, volunteers, and educational professionals to ensure consistent quality educational and development opportunities.
