    Created effective training plans to improve Dish affiliates sales metrics. This helped improve the sales of Dish’s most profitable product the Hopper from 25% to 35% in June.
    Employee of the month for the west coast region in May for achieving 11% year over year sales growth in the Austin/ San Antonio DMA.
