Successfully developed and managed trials from initial concept to the final execution of the User Trials: MNVG, BOWMAN radios, DCCT and FIST
Responsible for developing competitive trials for all equipment for the British Infantry
Extended user advice to MOD, HQs Infantry, DPA, DLO and QinetiQ.
Responsible for the Design, Development and Delivery of training programs for all NEW Equipment’s being Trialed
Delivered Software Training Packages to soldiers so they could use “Bespoke” software applications to use New Equipment. This included at times training on Microsoft applications such as “Word”, PowerPoint etc.
Extended major contribution towards the formation of Doctrine, Management of Soldier Systems, Integration and Interoperability for the Future Infantry Soldier Technology (FIST) project.
Assisted in the development of Synthetic Environment (Simulators) within the Dismounted Close Combat Trainer (DCCT and FIST trials
Prepared and delivered presentations and demonstrations to Major Governments across the globe included the USA, Germany, France and the UK
Managed All Logistic and Security during trials both in Britain and throughout the World.

 ‘O’ Level English C grade‘, O’ Level Mathematics C grade    Sep 1972 – Jun 1974 - Infantry Junior Leaders Battalion (IJLB). Carried out the Training Needs Analysis, Designed, Developed and then Delivered Training for the British and International Defence Industry for the last 7 years
Designed “BESPOKE” Training packages for Software Applications that was for particular systems sold to the British and International Defence Market

Served as Communications Officer within the British Infantry Unit which included Training, Employment and Operational Deployment of Infantry Battalions Communications assets in both peace and war
Served as Indirect Fire Officer within the British Infantry Unit which included Training, Employment and Operational Deployment of Infantry Battalions Indirect fire assets in both peace and war

Was awarded TWO major awards with General Dynamics for work done in Libya and work done on MEMPHIS
