Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist and Assistant Systems Manager

February/2012-Current day

Duties:

· Providing 1st line technical support, solving and documenting helpdesk request 

· Remote administration and management of servers

· Investigating, diagnosing and resolve all network problems.

· Testing, troubleshooting and replacing networks & peripheral equipment.

· Train and supervise other IT staff.

· PC configuration and deployment

· Setting up and maintaining hardware and software systems. 

Shaddai School - Substitute teacher 

· Privided basic and intermediate level english classes

· Evaluated and helped improve english prounciation to spanish speaking teens and children

· Assigned homeworks and projects to students

· Made sure group assignments were not all done by the same person.
