Planned and designed interoffice facilities network for special/access services and message trunk demand using Facility Equipment Planning Systems (FEPS) and Trunk Integrated Record Keeping System(TIRKS): analyze circuit level demand; assimilated into carrier system, bank type, and T1/T3 DCS port requirements; designed customer T1/T3/Dark Fiber hi-cap circuits; issued T1 carrier system orders for C.O. cutover activity, growth, network improvement, customer networks, and asset management. Designed and/or development of new telecom-related technologies including Systems integration, testing, evaluation, requirement identification, and technical recommendations. Provided solutions to issues of a moderate scope and complexity.

· Implemented, coordinated, and completed 2005 PC-Refresh Project on time. 

·  Was a DS1/DS3 Provisioner for the Greater Boston Area,  Turf was one of the highest flow-through rates in New England due to the planning management of areas.

· Trained, developed and coached staff to improve quality and productivity by implementing standard processes to reduce error rates by >12%.
