Craigavon Senior High School

I am currently employed by Craigavon Senior High as a classroom assistant, I find this job personally satisfying and I now have a good knowledge of the national curriculum. I have learnt how to work alongside some amazing young people. It has made me aware and understanding of physical, emotional and educational needs of young people

Shop4You 

I am currently employed by Shop4You as a customer service assistant. This is a petrol station with a small supermarket. I have worked here from February 2013. Within this job role I work alongside a team, which are all committed to excellent customer service.  On a shift I use tills and handle money, issue fuel and check in deliveries and returns. I also replenish the store, rotate and stock adjust accordingly.  

Killicomaine Junior High School

I have volunteered with Killicomaine from December 2012, gaining teaching and working with children experience. I worked alongside the history teacher and SENCO, who looked after the welfare of young people with learning difficulties. I taught several different classes of all abilities. With being at this school I feel my confidence has grown and I work well with children. 

I was also employed by Killicomaine School as a Classroom assistant. I was assigned to a young person who needed extra support in some of their classes. As this job was covering sick leave I got to work on a one to one bases with young people with a range of learning difficulties.

Aruba Nightclub

I worked in Aruba Middlesbrough from January 2011 until September 2011. My main job was in the box office which included charging the customers in and counting the till up at the end of a shift. I also worked behind the bar serving customers handling money and general cleaning duties.

Onyx Nightclub

I started here in June 2010 leaving in December 2010 as I was only getting one shift a week; I served drinks, operate the till and at the end of the night help clean up for the next night. I enjoyed working here.

Matalan Ltd 

I worked here in from 2007 until 2008. I had been trained in stock rotation, tidying and replenishing the store costumer services, till duties including returns and complaints. In this store I learned to work as part of a large team and also in small groups.  I went to college and still was able to work 20 hours a week here. I really enjoyed my time in Matalan but had to leave due to moving to Middlesbrough.
