Reason for leaving: Offered a better career opportunity.

Duties: Managing Showroom Staff. General administration, managing target levels, and in-store objectives.

Reason for leaving: Company entered administration.

Days Hotel Belfast 2009 – 2013  Duty Manager

Duties: Deputising for General Manager in dealing with guest requests including taking bookings, providing catering requests and organising members for staff to facilitate the smooth running of the Hotel. 

Reason for leaving: To travel around south-east Asia.

Duties: Managing customer orders. Handling customer complaints and escalations.  Ensuring customer’s needs are met on a daily basis.
