The experience gained from this trade is invaluable, seeing first hand how constant hard work over achieves not only small term goals but also long term goals.

2007 - 2009, Chef, Alesandro’s Ristorante

Chef, at a fine dining classic Italian restaurant. Being a chef required time management and it taught me how to prioritize tasks in a strategic manner to assure not only the quality of the food being cooked but how quickly the orders are being executed as well, food preparation, keeping track of inventory, and assuring the kitchen can pass safety regulations at all times are daily tasks as a chef.
