I started as an English facilitator in Bangkok Hospital which involved classes of 4-10 persons. I taught on site and each class was two hours per session, Mon-Fri. Lessons incorporated everything from Basic beginners to Advance Medical terminology and understanding. This was my first introduction to teaching ESL. 
 
I also have extensive experience in Corporate or Company training. This in Thailand is very important as everyone is preparing for the merging of AEC. Many companies are taking on trainers right on site and right in the job. What they expect is to have the English teachers work and train all staff with business and daily English conversation and corresponding to the International markets.
  
In the evenings and weekends, I would take on private tutoring with children (ages 5-16). These lessons were to instill what their school teachers were teaching. My efforts were to speed up the conversation skills so that they will be more adapt to picking up the English accents and sounds, making them familiar to structure, pronunciation, and clarity. 
 
Then there are classes of young adults (13-18), classes consisted of 4-6 persons. These lessons involved sentence structure, past-present-future tense, conversation and writing. Some of these students have very high vocabulary but are not able to converse as they do not have the chance to use English in everyday life. So my lessons were to bring them up to speed and prepare them to enter into college level English and/or prepare them for jobs that were in use of English on a business platform. 
 
My experiences are very broad in age and level of English needed to convey. I am very comfortable with children to adult and at either a classroom setup or private.
