Key responsibilities                                          

·         As the students in John Wallis Academy are of various different social backgrounds, the adaption of structured behavioural and development strategies are vital in order for achievement to progress.

·         The responsibility of teaching a year 11, under- achieving class, who will achieve a grade C or above in their IGCSE certificate.

·         Constant differentiation in lesson planning and facilitating learning for gifted and talented students in KS3 and KS4 in order for these students to achieve at least one level in English each term.

·         Enforcing the strict Code of Conduct outlined as the school policy in order for students to achieve to the best of their abilities. This may include detentions, phone calls home or sanctions.
