- Evaluate and Improve teaching quality.
- Perform placement tests for company training students.

Responsibilities:

- Completion of long term study plans for each student, stating clear aims to achieve in a
specific sequence of lessons.
- Creation and adaptation of ESL materials for students.
- Application of placement tests for new students, in order to provide them with the most
suitable material and syllabus according to their personal needs, abilities and expectations
