•    Manage a small team of staff  in providing customer service and first level support on Accounts Receivable matters using the SAP System
•    Provide constant training and support for team members.
•    Guide customers in correctly invoicing external business partners.
•    Provide revenue management advice/account information to customers and external debtors respectively.
•    Conducted formal group training sessions for administrative staff from schools in using the SAP system.

•    Provided 1 on 1 tutoring for individuals of a Chinese background(mainly young adults) in learning English
