At Yali, I have worked as an English teacher over the contract period of a year. I have
created my own lessons which have aided the English progression of my Grade 7
students and I have helped my colleagues make English lessons more entertaining. I
have given presentations in front of the whole school and have been told that both
myself and the fellow foreign teacher this year have been the best oral teachers at

school in Changsha. I have worked alongside Chinese English teachers to ensure
that exams are in correct English and worked hard to get the students level of spoken
