English Foreign Language teacher at top middle school in Hainan:
    Required to create course curriculum for grade 8 and 9 English classes.
    Responsible for creating all worksheets and visual aides.
    Adhere to communicative teaching style to enhance learning experience.
    Provide interactive environment by use of various videos, games, group work activities.
    
ESL Teacher – Hebei United University, Tangshan, Hebei, China      09/2013 to 06/2014
HUU is one of the premier universities in Hebei province:
    Responsible for creating curriculum for Oral English and Hotel Management classes.
    Created all worksheets and visual aides.
    Provided IELTS training upon request to students and HUU faculty.
    Class sizes ranged from 30 to 170 students

ESL Teacher – EF Tangshan, Tangshan, Hebei, China                            06/2012 to 06/2013
EF Tangshan is part of the EF Education First education organization:

HIRED is a non-profit organization that provides personalized and innovative work solutions.  
Key contributions:
    Created a Sales curriculum for our ELL Customer Service and Sales Training.

A large-size staffing agency responsible for filling open positions at Hewitt Associates, a Human Resource Outsourcing company, from call center staff to paralegals and executive admins.  Key contributions:
    Counseled employees regarding behavioral and performance issues, documented and took corrective actions as necessary, including terminations, and assisted in conflict resolution.
    Communicated and coordinated various aspects of On-Premise operations to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
    Managed up to 170 contracted employees.
    Promoted from Client Service Supervisor to Manager.

Account Supervisor  – Staff Management,  Kenosha, WI and Saint Louis, MO     2002 – 2004
A mid-size staffing agency based out of Chicago, Illinois. Key contributions:
    Recruited and supervised temporary staff on-site at Deluxe Video (Pleasant Prairie, WI) and Proctor and Gamble (Saint Louis, MO).
    Responsible for entering attendance, payroll, and reporting to Account Managers.
