Established first Ltd. Construction Company in 1971 and subsequent engineering companies in later years; to develop and promote CARBON NEUTRAL technologies, Advanced Construction Methods, and OZONE//AEROPONIC Science..
As a Structural & Civil Engineer in Canada during the 70’s, I headed up the new local Governmental Mentor Apprenticeship program for College Apprentices who were learning the 12 building & construction trades. At that time we specialized in designing & constructing Custom build homes over 5000 sq. feet in size and also commercial projects such as shop fit-outs; Urban design & larger shopping malls; residential subdivisions & sewage systems.
(I always had a good eye for design and colour; and when I was only 7 years old I was accepted into my cities local Arts College for night classes. I was the youngest student in the history of the college.)

1.    Invented and built the world’s first Ozone Sewage Treatment Plant which sold to South Korea;
      also invented a new Ozone fish raising system which is now used in China
     and worldwide.  
2.    I invented a new commercial system for growing food indoors which is much more advanced than Hydroponics.   Aeroponics Food Raising is the future of Agriculture.
3.    I had over 25 major technological inventions to my name before I was 21- so I will not mention them all here..  but you are welcome to inquire and ask me any questions you like.
While in Canada I also owned a Hydraulics & Fabrication Shop which of course involved the use of Lathes; Milling Machines; & Mig Welding Equipment; plus the use and repair of large Construction Machinery and cranes.
When I was a teenager in Canada I used to design and build Harley Chopper Motorcycles; Race Car engines, and I used to build Custom cars as well. I love anything mechanical- and my early training prepared me well for future consulting jobs regards engineering; MANUFACTURING; construction; and Project Management. Being a Born Inventor I understand “MACHINES” very well; and consulting to corporations who need PROTOTYPING skills has always been fun.
Now I am working on a new design for Thorium Nuclear power plants.
4.    I have taught (Saxon) English to young Chinese students in Canada/England; & University Students who needed to learn proper Business English; such as Contract writing; Basic Law; Advertising; MARKETING; Business Start-up; etc.. - just for examples.
5.    I have Mentored, (meaning, Tutored), university students taking university Business Courses, how to prepare for the business they plan to go into. Examples are:: Hotel Management;-  Fashion Clothing Design & Manufacturing, plus how to market and advertise to a western market;- Restaurant Start-up and Chef Skills;-  Cattle-raising on a large scale;-  Advertising methods for Chinese clothing shops and Understanding The Western Buyer;-  How to market and sell Chinese Tea in the west;-  How to start an Ostrich Farm,-  Earth Quake Design for Buildings;- Manufacturing large machinery in China;- How to start a Baby Formula Business in China;-- Design of Military ARMORED VEHICLES & weapons; and so on....  These are just a few examples of the skills & experience that I can bring to my Work; teaching & consulting.
6.    Early in my Career I audited degrees in PSYCHOLOGY; THEOLOGY; OZONE SCIENCE;and Medical NUTRITION for disease treatment.  Architecture is another area of interest to me and presently I am finishing design work on the World's first 8 star hotel, and Carbon Neutral City for Shanwei China..

      I have always had two passions in life. My first Passion is for teaching; and the other, for large engineering projects. I would be happy to forward my rough engineering design files; OR my English Curriculum programs to you if you are interested? But I do believe that because I have such rich and varied life experiences, and have done so many things in so many countries;-  I am now better equipped to teach children; students and adults to access their inner creativity and ambitions; ‘teaching’ that is rather different from the large public schools that seem to be churning out 'robots' that only know how to Copy & Chant;-  for lack of better words. Further; my team leading skills are exemplary as is my TEAM SPIRT when following others.

      Now I am presently living in China to promote my second large project which will hopefully be built in Shanwei.  But large projects take years sometimes to get off the ground- so now I want to get back to 'work'.  My plan is to settle down in China and perhaps live here permanently.

Recently I was the Headmaster of a private International English Academy here in Guangzhou; (contract ended); for whom I designed and wrote a complete new ‘WESTERN CANADA’,  BUSINESS ENGLISH Program; I taught the other teachers; I compiled a complete business plan for the addition of a modern western style daycare & kindergarten; plus numerous other business plans for the owner.

      Suffice it to say that I have always been self employed; meaning I own my own company; and this is the first CV I have ever written. I was hired ‘sight unseen’ for my last position based purely on my colleagues/friends recommendations! I have lived in and done business in many countries; plus I understand well the cultural differences and the Needs of the Client.  Regards teaching- I work well with anyone- but especially well with 'Gifted' young students & adults who are focused and whom already are developing Career Interests & just need gentle mentoring and guidance to fully develop their Skills & natural Talent....
