1)Naknek(USA, Alaska)Salmon processor – needed to clean, peel, pack up and load salmon.

2)Brama Telecom Company – Canadian company that specializes in providing voip services to the Canadian, Russian and American customers. 

I was working at the customer support dept. My main task was to answer the customers' questions about services that the Company provides. 

3)Govital Company – UK Company, specializes in providing the American, British, Australian customers with academic services (Writing dissertation, essays, course works). I was working at the customer support dept. My main obligations were to provide the connection between writers and customers, to assist customers  in placing the orders.

4)Online Pharmacy(home based). Customer Support Representative. 

My Obligations were: making courtesy calls, answering questions about the company's products,  assisting customers in placing the orders.

5)Kindergarten teacher(Beijing) – 6 months. My obligations were: meeting parents in the morning and the end of the working day, conducting English classes, helping children to eat, to dress etc.; playing with children, assisting nannies.

From 1998 till 2004 I studied English languages at school, at the same time with private teacher. From 2003 till 2004 I studied English and French at the Institute.
