Since I graduated from University I have been teaching English to University students in China. The work is often demanding and needs a creative mind and ability to think on ones feet. Over the years I have taught a range of disciplines including English speaking, reading and listening. Recently I have been given the responsibility of training students to pass the Global IELTS examination, this is an International examination that all international students have to pass in order to further their study abroad.

Communication: I am able to communicate successfully verbally, in writing, or via electronic means in a manner appropriate to the audience I am addressing. Problem solving: I have the ability to think problems through in a logical and creative way in order to determine key issues and subsequently solve them. Initiative: I am willing to use my own initiative, and have the ability to think and react quickly to demanding situations. Commitment / motivation: I have the energy and enthusiasm to actively pursue projects, ensuring they are done to the best of my ability. Flexibility / Adaptability: Due to the fast pace of the ARs, I have the ability to handle, change and adapt to new situations.
