Position: Head of Administrations
Ø Responsible for complete business management of the center
Ø Formulate and implement monthly operations of the center
Ø Plan and budget the center income and expenditures.

Ø Supervise, guide and encourage staff on day to day company’s activities to ensure performance target
Ø Planning and making teaching schedule for foreign teachers and Chinese staff
Ø Design supplementary materials and tests
Ø Giving oral English tests to prospective students to ascertain their English levels before enrolment and periodic oral English tests for both teenagers and adults.
Ø Teaching English to both teenagers, adults and kids
Ø Recruiting experienced foreign teachers and train them for our partner schools
