Lecturer (Life Orientation Levels 2 & 3)
-    Presenting lectures (class sizes of 30-45 students)
-    Setting and marking tests and assignments

-    Presented workshops and skills development workshops for specific student needs and well-being issues
-    Sole creator of the counselling service at the College
-    Established relationship with Department of Health
-    Established relationships with high schools, parents and NGO’s
-    Counselled students for academic difficulty, course and subject choice
-    Conducted counselling for trauma including rape, assault, domestic violence, pregnancy, etc.
-    Conducted HIV testing and counselling (finger prick testing, DoH trained and supplied)
-    Created and counselled students in an after-hours, off-campus support group for HIV + students
-    Advised management on policy and strategy development for wellness, financial and academic assistance for students
-    Implemented and managed a feeding scheme for disadvantaged students
-    Advised new and potential students on course offerings and further tertiary development paths
-    Trained, supervised and managed 5 Career Development Counsellors

Public Relations and Sales: Net Travel (2004 part time, 2005 full time)
-    Managed promotional and public relations activities
-    Sold various travel packages and maintained established business, sought new business
-    Assisted with general office duties
-    Sought and provided quotes and options for potential clients
