Organizer responsibilities included speaking on issue of marriage equality to constituent groups, oversight of volunteers in their organization of political rallies, phone banks and other constituent contact related activities.  Included numerous opportunities to lobby Rhode Island State Senators and Representatives on 2010 Marriage Equality Bill in the Rhode Island Congress.

Summer camp director responsibilities included organization and management of two-week counselor training programs and continual oversight of 60 counselors throughout the 4 summer sessions of campers age 6-16.  Continual oversight of the college age counselors included weekly feedback sessions, daily observation of cabin groups and organization of large group camp activities.

Catalina Environmental Leadership Program

Environmental education instructor for weekly groups of 7^th-12^th graders.  Responsibilities included curriculum and lesson plan development in sustainable living, marine sciences, microbiology, and further studies of the marine and terrestrial environment of Catalina Island. Further implementation of such curriculum through leading snorkeling, hikes, group initiatives, kayaking and other relevant outdoor adventure programs.  Class seasons were from September to November and March to May.
