-    Was responsible for developing the EIC Program which entailed integrating Western style teaching methods and curriculum into the students overall course load

-  Prepared a ‘System of Standards’ for the program (the first year was based on the American Common Core standards; but this was later replaced with a skill based set of standards).

-  Prepared a system of ‘Core Values’ for the program, namely one which consisted of: Respect, Integrity, and Accountability

-  Designed and lead Student Clubs: Drama Club, Photography Club, Movie Club

-   Participated in various meetings including Parents-Teacher meetings where I made several presentations in Chinese

-  Organized an ‘Open Parents Day’ where parents of our students could come and sit in the foreign teachers classes to observe our teaching methods and learn more about the EIC Program
