 During the period between 1982 and 1997, I had vast and valuable experience in various aspects of the building industry. I had been employed as a formwork carpenter, concreter, set-out carpenter and ceiling fixer and had managed crews from a couple, up to 50 personnel at any one time. Over the fifteen years I had spent in the industry, I had gained knowledge and experience not only on the tools, but also as a supervisor and manager. I have good practical knowledge of construction from the ground up.
