§  Analysis of design delays based upon the design obligations placed on the various parties across 8 contracts and deeds.

§  Review of design development documentation to determine reasons for significant design changes and the parties which instigated them.

§  Analysis of early works compliance performed by others.

§  Management of client relationship and co-ordination of consulting team.

·        QCLNG (Queensland) member of the client’s disputes, avoidance and resolution team primarily focusing on delay analysis and close out of accommodation camp contracts.

·        Power Plant (Guatemala/Beijing), preparation of delay analysis for Chinese EPC contractor for arbitration.

·        Gateway Upgrade Project – investigation of impact of latent conditions to earthworks.

·        WICET Coal Reclaim Tunnels (Gladstone, Queensland) – Analysis and assessment of quantum and entitlement of contractor’s claims for variation for lump sum earthworks.

·        Kupe Gas Project (New Zealand) - Analysis of claims for extension and disruption submitted by the contractor using measured mile analysis.
