I am a level 1 coach in rugby football. I coached children from 8 years old. The coaching involved every aspect of the game from rudimentary skills to in-depth instruction. Coaching children is all about enjoyment and participation.

I am also a level 3 referee. As a referee you are in control of the game and deliberate on the rules and discipline of the players.
