         Ensuring a   high level cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchens.

         Team   maintained consistent place in the top 30 ranked in London.

         After 4   months  working at the hotel I was   asked to join the night team as they deemed me hard working and trustworthy   enough to take on the extra responsibilities that come with the role of   working at night without supervision.
