•                    Developed activities and drills to improve speaking and listening skills. Games that also involved and helped kinaesthetic learners

•                    Managed discipline in large classes at my public school in the week and in smaller classes of as little as 4 students at Bond Language Institute at the weekend.

•        Taught classes of 3-9 year olds how to prepare healthy and fun, kid friendly meals. Preparing classes in a range of places such as whole food stores, schools and even homes.

•        Was a one on one with owner of the company’s son who suffered from mitochondrial disease, rendering him non-verbal and on the autistic spectrum.

•        Through strict routines, transitioning and reward systems I helped Kingston to go through the days activities; waking up, eating breakfast, getting dressed, going to school, going to the toilet, paying in the park, bathing, going to bed.

•        Communicating with a non-verbal child made me very sensitive to children needs and patient with their frustrations when they can not communicate, which has helped me greatly whilst teaching english as a foreign language.
