At this school I taught students from 3 to 12 years old using a range of methods and learning materials. With me they learned oral English, as well as phonics, reading and writing. I was also responsible for the recruitment of new teachers, training new staff and evaluating the skills of current staff members and offering them feedback. I would help plan events and would often participate in advertising and trial classes.
