I specialize in helping my customers liquidate personal belongs and homes after

a family has had death in the family. I advertise and promote the sale. These sales help the families with burden of bills and other issues resulting in a death or a loss of a job.

Supervised the order pulling and packing aspect on all orders received for all customers. Also responsible for waving out all work for the Atlanta branch.

    Managed 30-40 employees on a daily bases, trained new employees, involved

well as promoting employees to fulltime status. Reveiwed which employees to keep and let go during the slow work periods.

Responsible for maintaining correct orders and low exception rates as well as keeping overtime to a minimum.

Other duties included covering other suervisors while they were on vacation. I was on the team to shut down and move the Orlando branch. Visited customers to ask question on how better to serve the customer, from Artlite to Minton Jones.

Supervised the Shipping dock for 2 years, and managed all the shipping for the Atlanta branch.
