 Went through an intense ‘Manager in Training” program the first two months, then had to pass several exams (written tests and role-plays) to become a manager.
 Personally oversaw an entire store.
 Ensured that the store looked immaculate at all times. In charge of keeping the store’s marketing displays correct and up to date.
 Worked one on one with customers in an intimate atmosphere. Gained a vast amount of sales experience.
 Learned a lot about management and sales, from overcoming objections and closing deals, to handling the worst imaginable customer complaints.
