2010 – 2011 Ningxia Television Broadcasting Company (NXTV) – Ningxia Province, China. Television Presenter

After completing a one year contract with Aston English, I decided to take an opportunity offered by NXTV. I worked for a private, German-Chinese owned, company in charge of producing a TV show 

aimed at young English learners aged from four to eight years old. One of the challenges we faced was ensuring that each show was suitable for the entire age range of the target audience as 

there is a substantial difference in English ability, levels of concentration and the quantity of information a four year old and an eight year old child is able to process. Whilst working in with NXTV I had the privilege of working 

with a hugely diverse team with varying age ranges, skill-sets and experience. I was able to learn many new, non-work related skills from other team members. My responsibilities included set design, editing of scripts and plays, 

creating, choosing and editing suitable music, designing and choosing props and costumes, presenting, filming and attending work related meetings and dinners with Chinese and foreign investors.

2011 – 2013 New Ideal Education – China. Development Manager / Foreign ESL Teacher

Whilst working with this company my main responsibilities included teaching, curriculum design, staff management, 

sales and marketing and management of other foreign teachers. 

I was based in Shanghai but regularly travelled to other branches in other cities to assist as needed.

Students at this school were aged from three years old to eighteen years old. New Ideal also offered Business English training and adult classes.

2013 - 2015 Dxcel international - Account manager China 

I was involved in managing, selling and marketing a wide range of craft beers and spirits. I managed more than one hundred accounts varying in type; 

bars, pubs, night clubs and hotels. 

I was involved in new brand launch parties and event organization, whilst this role was challenging to begin with; I quickly assimilated in to the role 

and made use of good communication and customer service skills I was able to effectively and efficiently manage my customer base and build new relationships with customers. 

I particularly enjoyed the satisfaction that came from achieving good results when working to tight schedules and low budgets. 

2015- Currently

I am currently traveling and have arrived in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. I have been teaching through various online platforms and have been involved in various volunteering activities. 

I have experience in bar work, management, sales and marketing as well as exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. I have spent the past year traveling around south east Asia; 

mainly Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. I have enjoyed taking part in various volunteering opportunities and experiences. I am available to begin working in a new position immediately and am happy to relocate as required.
