This is a student run nonprofit organization that organizes leadership seminars and provides mentorship to university students in Nanchang with internationally recognized motivational speakers and affiliated with three Universities in China.

2015
Employer- Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics
Position- English Corner Coordinator
I worked with freshmen students to develop their English speaking and listening skills. At the end of the program, the group of 50 students could confidently give a 15 minutes speech in English.

2014
Employer- Wise Education Centre
Position- English Teacher
Designed and implemented lesson plans that creatively encouraged the students to be interested in learning English. With each class comprising of 15 freshmen students, we explored not only English reading and speaking, but also some behavioral characteristics that come important in the learning the language.

2013
Employer-The Grand Palm Hotel Casino and Convention Resort (Botswana)
Position- Client Relationship Manager – Asian Market 
This was a relationship management role in the marketing department, which primarily involved liaison with the clients on behalf of the company management, aiming at establishing and nurturing relations with clients.
Roles and responsibilities
Provide exclusive customer service to clients of both hotel and casino.
Plan and organize a function which involves clients, provide branded merchandise and liaise with external sponsors.
Interact with guests and handle guest requests and complaints.
Keeping track of customer’s activity using Bally® CRM software for precise market and product segmentation.
