  Intern     
  Being a part of an international financial company I assisted in collecting
  and analyzing the audit data, in handling business correspondence and
  making  presentations.  This  experience  helped  me  to  get  a  deeper
  understanding of Chinese culture and communication peculiarities. While
  being an intern, I was also in charge of evening English language classes for
  my colleagues and one-on-one classes as a tutor.
  July 2014 – October 2015
  Bank VTB24 (CJSC), Russia
  Expert, Head of the group (Call-center)
  My  role  supposed  presenting  all  necessary  information  about  bank's
  products and services, providing technical support on how the  clients
  operations are maintained, resolving conflict situations, dealing with other
  bank departments. Acting as a head of the group I had 18 experts in order,
  monitoring their work and service quality level as well as my personal
  effectiveness using KPI.  
  This job gave me an opportunity to work using English language as a
  communication tool in a specific field of work (banking) and to interact
  with people from all around the world.
  December 2015 – May 2016

  International project manager assistant
  Key responsibilities included researching on Russian market, organizing
  and participating in meetings and presentations on investment projects,
  assisting in creating an  international   partnership   as   well   as
  organizing regular evening English language classes for the staff.
