§ More than 10 years of administrative work with/within international organizations and projects;
§ Work experience in the following areas: IT, Law, Teaching, Translating, Construction, Pharmaceutical, Sports, Oil and Gas;
§ Understanding of Office and Financial administration, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Import-Export-Trade, Customs and Compliance;
§ Language: fluency in Russian, Ukrainian & English. Able to work and communicate daily in English. French – good. German, Italian – elementary.
§ Communication: Strong interpersonal relationship skills and ability to communicate easily, clearly, confidently and accurately to people at all levels. Ability to network, build and maintain partnership. Team player with service and client orientation. Excellent writing and listening skills.
§ Computer skills: knowledge of standard tools in office applications (word processing, spreadsheet, data bases, presentation software, outlook, internet), SAP, Cash Management products.
§ Autonomous: used to work with little supervision and to make operational decisions without support.
Agility: effectively prioritize and have strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand business needs and interpret regulations to complete tasks on time and within required parameters. Good information seeking skills. Ability to work rapidly under pressure.
