November 2003 – July 2006: Havelock Arms, Washington. Various jobs including: serving drinks and food.

May 2008 – November 2008: WSS Staffwise, Washington, performing various tasks in the Nissan factory in Sunderland, including decant and rework.

November 2008 – February 2009: Vantec Europe Ltd. Progress Chaser for a company supplying parts to Nissan. Responsible for making sure other members of the team are working sufficiently and regularly checking the production line to ensure work has been completed adequately. Also trained new staff on various jobs related to that part of the production line

February 2009 – February 2011: Interlingua School, Guiyang. English Teacher. Teaching students of all ages, from beginner to advanced. Also taught IELTS examination.

March 2011 – May 2014: Wall Street English. Foreign Trainer Teaching English to students of High-school level and above. From one-to-one classes to organising events for over 50 people. Classes range from beginning level to IELTS test preparation. 

May 2014 – May 2015: Wall Street English – Service Manager – Managing Large training center of over 1000 students and 16 staff (Local and foreign) in Panyu, Guangzhou. Duties including making sure center can hit KPIs and supporting the sales team, hiring and training new staff and controlling the center schedule and efficiency.

May 2015 - Present: Wall Street English - Foreign Trainer. Duties as above.

2005 – 2008: University of Sunderland, UK. BA English and European Studies, including one year study abroad period in Karlstad Universitet, Karlstad in Sweden. Grade 2:1 achieved overall with a 1st class graded dissertation.
