JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Teach TOEIC and IELTS course to various levels and nationalities (adults)
Implements traditional and innovative methods to motivate students to learn the English language.

Instructed more than 20 students through lectures, discussions, group activities and demonstrations.
Handled basic conversation classes for pupils aging 3 -5 , and advance conversation for ages 6 - 9
Teaching students whose first language is not English
Planning preparing and delivering lessons and workshops for groups and individuals
Carrying out assessments of student's needs and collaborating with class and subject teachers

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AS A TEAM LEADER
Team Management
Disseminate FTL and company updates by holding team meeting regularly
Perform clerical task files  (updating of TL tasks files,checking of team member's FTL slots ,verifying FTL counts etc.
   Teaching Quality Maintenance
   Perform Quarterly Evaluation by conducting class observation
Demonstrate classes for team members for training purposes
Provide coaching and feedback to teachers to improve their      teaching skills
Assist in training new FTL teachers in handling classes
