Voluntary English Teacher

As a voluntary endeavour, the project consisted of a 2-week long period in Italy teaching to young people (aged 5 – 16) from diverse ethnic communities, as well as learning of teaching methods and new cultures. A revealing and character building experience, one which was particularly influential in my future academic endeavours and for which I undertook more rigorously, and wished to excel in, my linguistic interest.

Customer care agent                                

Main roles principally involve simultaneous functions within the Sainsbury's Online Groceries campaign, whether it be attending to customer concerns and complaints with deliveries, assisting with technical issues in the website department or handling sensitive payment information using secure spreadsheets and resolving outstanding issues for the customer. Has taught me value of certain values within industry including working as a team, and importance of clientele-company relations.

Call agent (outbound & inbound)

Main responsibilities were entailed outbound calling, raffle ticket sales as well as receiving inbound on behalf of several visual marketing clients. The aims of the role were to essentially up sale and use initiative to reach targets on a daily basis and challenge self-ability in a dynamic and demanding atmosphere.

General floor and assistant duties which could range from cleaning and maintenance duties to door greetings for clientele and taking appointments. Cash register and organizational responsibilities were also required in a head-on and busy atmosphere.
