Worked with a local Charity Organization in  supporting key volunteer personnel in the day to day operation.  This was a one year management trainee placement whiles studying for my MBA Qualification.  Duties included: Communicating with internal departments as needed, addressing performance issues, meeting management, assisting with planning and scheduling, writing management reports, data analysis, customer services, reception coverage and diary management.
