Private English Tutor October 2016 – Present
Provided private tutoring service to a variety of learners, including students who were behind at school and needed to catch up, as well as adult professionals.

Conducted educational assessments and identified educational needs in order to design and develop individualized tutoring strategies to match student skill levels.

Achieved significant overall improvements in areas such as grammar, spelling, essay writing, audial comprehension, general conversational ability, understanding colloquialisms and more, depending on student needs.

English Summer Camp Counselor July 2016 – August 2016

Led a group of 16 children in a variety of camp activities, such as games, songs, sports, comedy skits and special events.

Ensured their safety and well-being at all times, including supervision during swim activities.

Introduced children aged 10-12 to the basics of the English language, helped them develop their abilities in speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Developed lesson plans to match the school’s curriculum.

Used innovative psychological concepts to achieve student engagement and enjoyment of the learning process.

At the end of each academic year most students had confidently mastered the alphabet, acquired a starter vocabulary, made significant progress in their ability to pronounce English words and comprehend simple English speech on familiar subjects.
