Responsibilities include regular overseeing of training and induction of new organization members. Regularly interacts with new members, and helps plan events including social events and dives. Demonstrated the ability to adjust, and work with new people every semester.

2015

Assisted and mentored a small group of seven peers through club lessons and application process. Was responsible for familiarizing them with the organization and each other, as well as creating a sense of community. Each of them went on to be inducted into the organization. Demonstrated ability to work with teens, young adults, and people of similar age.

Teacher to Young Scholars Ateneo High School, Tulog Dunong Program

Created weekly lesson plans and activities for six months, instructed a group of four grade 4 scholars in English and Math. Each student passed their grade level, and some were accepted in top high schools in the Philippines. Demonstrated ability to provide practical results.
