This job used the BEC teaching series from England。 Every 3 months the car company would  send 6 to9 section leaders to my training center to be trained in business communication with foreigners。The class structure was 3 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon Monday to Friday。  The classes included reading charts and presenting information.
