Teaching Business English for Wu ling car company section leaders。This job used the BEC teaching series from England。 Every 3 months the car company would  send 6 to9 section leaders to my training center to be trained in business communication with foreigners。The class structure was 3 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon Monday to Friday。  The classes included reading charts and presenting information. Dealing with customer service questions and complaints。We also covered business meeting formats and addressed customer to business communication。Also, because t his is an automotive company we also covered automotive vocabulary.
