Introduced policy and management guidance systems, boosting academic quality. Conceptualized, developed, and implemented advanced curriculum and syllabi.  Encouraged critical-thinking and resourcefulness to prepare students for real-world situations.

·         Jan 2012 to Sept 2013 American Intercontinental University London -  Lead Business Lecturer and Programme Chair. A staff of 10.  As campus director analysed and constructed a turnaround strategy for a £19m T/O, USA private University: reduced £1m budget overspend by 80% in 8 months by restructuring debt, resourcing, the introduction of academic and management controls; gained Board approval.
