| new people how to do their job, setting up a training plan and stepping up for |

English teacher to 6-10 years old children. Amongst others, duties included
preparation of classes and exams, selecting materials suitable for each year
group level and discussing with parents the needs of their children in an
individual way. I managed to, not only improve the children's English level,
but to make them enjoy the classes, which resulted in a great improvement,
even short-term wise.
