Duty: I updated our website and I created teacher and parent handbook. I participated in public speeches to get new customers and I liaised with CEO/head of school of a strategy to get more students and how to keep them. I hired faculty staff members, and I promoted the school for prospective parents, besides, writing admission letters to parents. The reason for leaving the school was that shareholders disagreed with the government and a school shut down was inevitable.
What I achieved: We got 60 paying students in less than 2 months. My CEO rewarded me to vice Principal within 1 month after my contract start. He saw a positive attitude, a strong leadership ability and valuable communication skills, on top of a strong business acumen, which led to his decision.
What I learned: I learned what marketing activities work to attract parents and students, and I learned what study environment is needed to attract parents with high requirements. I also learned how to communicate with parents and how to handle stubborn colleagues and troublesome kids.
Year: Sep2017-Mar2018 Title: University Lecturer

Duty: I planned and executed university modules for undergraduates, in the fields of communication, leadership, business management, business planning, marketing, and English. What I achieved: My student polls exceeded 85% student satisfaction, and I received 3 director and academic references supporting my ability to plan and execute courses for a mature and demanding university audience.
What I learned: I learned that university students are eager to work in groups, and to participate in well-planned classroom discussions that can help them to understand key themes of the syllabi. I also learned that students truly admire personal feedback on their assignments and essays, and I spent a lot of free time to plan my modules, and to provide student feedback through email, and in the classroom.
