Try providing  them with some specific examples. How they can be used vocabulary, remember the words and to do homework. Its important to give some questions to answer or to task to complete, and do not forget to plan the assignment with a grammar point or learning objective in mind. Another great way to give homework with some ideas for creative assignments on their own this would be an excellent way to practicing listening.

Be someone who is always positive, happy and smiling. Always remember that positive energy is contagious and it is up to you to spread it. Don't let other people's negativity bring you down with them. Enjoy every teaching moment to the fullest.

WHY I chose China

China for me is a mysterious and interesting city. Its extraordinary culture and amazing history always attracts me. I like discovering a new world while living there and learn a lot while teaching from my students not only they from me. So it is kind of exchange process. I really enjoy working with my students. I am very happy to see how those lovely kids accept me and try their best to speak out and learn English.
