Responsibilities and   accomplishments:

·       Creating a 1-year curriculum for 10   groups. Class books covered: Super Safari 1,2,3, Super Minds 2, Smart English   1,2,3,4,5,6, Genius English 4,5,8 Monster Phonics, Genki Phonics. Syllabus   included: target language, activities and games, chants, songs, action   breaks, handcraft activities and projects, phonics and reading activities.

·       Giving high quality, self-tailored,   entertaining 60-minute lessons for groups of 6-9 students aged 3-12.

·       Giving 3-4 demo lessons a week. 7   new groups have been formed as the result.   

·       Creating interviews for more than 35   students participating in a special “Happy School’s Broadcasting Class”   activity. Wrote and recorded a 3-minute interview (both the student’s part   and the teacher’s part) for each student to practice at home before the   actual interview in a studio.

·       Participating in numerous school’s   outdoor activities (museum excursions, dental clinic excursion, playground   competitions, etc)

·       Recording homework videos   (recording target language covered in class) to be sent to parents via   WeChat.

·       Creating reusable teaching   materials together with the Teaching Assistants – flashcards, games, toys,   posters.

·       Finding and creating own PPTs and   images for different topics. 

·       Working part time in a   kindergarten (9 lessons/week, all age groups covered) following the   kindergarten’s syllabus based on Hats on Top class book.

·       Working part time giving Phonics   and Story classes in different private educational institutions and   libraries.

·         Community management and collaboration with the Support deportments of   the above-mentioned web resources for solving all the issues and bugs in a   timely and effective manner.

·         More than 40 successful releases on web and mobile platforms.

·         Improving the KPI for www.guitarbackingtrack.com  by   20%

·         Successful implementation of new features and tools that millions of   users are using on web and mobile versions of www.ultimate-guitar.com
