一、教师基本信息

二、具体要求

（1）性格活泼开朗，有责任心，有爱心，热爱教育事业

（2）持有TEFL证书者优先

（3）有3-6岁幼儿教育经验者优先

（4）可遵从学校外籍教师管理制度

（5）可协助学校教师招生，宣传

（6）全职教师优先

 注意：到岗越快越好，长期有效。

三、薪资待遇

（1）全职外教视能力而定，每月6000元---8000元不等

（2）每周教学小时数16---25小时不等

（3）每周教学时间为16小时的，工作时间一般集中在周五，周六和周日。  休息时间为周一，周二，周三和周四。或根据实际情况调整会确保4天休

     每周教学时间为20小时的，工作时间一般集中在周三，周五，周六和周日。  休息时间为周一，周二，周四，或根据实际情况调整会确保3天休

     每周教学时间为25小时的，工作时间一般集中在周三，周五，周六和周日。  休息时间为周一， 周二，或根据实际情况调整会确保2天休

（4）外教通过试听课，招生成功，按比例发放提成

（5）免费学习中文，每周4个小时

（6）公司每年提供免费旅游机会

 （7）机票补贴：六个月补贴1500元，12个月补贴6000元。

（8）免费的独立住宿。

四、工作地点和具体薪资

 延安，榆林， 安康，这三个城市每周工作19或23小时都可以，老师可以自由选择合同，工资是6000

五、赏金发放

每个外教的悬赏赏金为4000元整。外教到岗后5日内付给外教推荐者赏金的2000元，外教在校满一个月付赏金2000元。
